Inbound Team Leader

About the Role

Oversee end-to-end inbound operations for bulky & oversized goods in Large Item DC, covering daily goods receiving, quality inspection, ASN reconciliation, exception handling and stock putaway. Manage team shifts and manpower allocation, track core inbound KPIs, and standardize warehouse SOPs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve receiving anomalies, optimize inbound operational efficiency, and ensure stable and high-accuracy warehouse inbound throughput.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end inbound operations for bulky & oversized goods in Large Item DC.
• Cover daily goods receiving, quality inspection, ASN reconciliation, exception handling and stock putaway.
• Manage team shifts and manpower allocation.
• Track core inbound KPIs.
• Standardize warehouse SOPs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse team leader experience, familiar with large/bulky goods inbound operation.
• Proficient in warehouse standard operating procedures and KPI management.
• Strong on-site management, manpower scheduling and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good cross-team communication skills, able to handle operational exceptions efficiently.
• Hardworking, responsible, able to adapt to warehouse shift work.
