Responsable d’entrepôt – Marchandises dangereuses


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall operation of the dangerous goods warehouse, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient performance.
  • Lead warehouse operational teams and supervisors, coordinating activities across inbound, inventory management, storage, and outbound operations.
  • Ensure compliance with dangerous goods storage and safety requirements, including classification, labelling, segregation, SDS/FDS documentation, and related handling procedures.
  • Manage workforce planning, shift scheduling, employee training, team development, and performance management.
  • Monitor key warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, safety, and cost, and drive performance improvements.
  • Identify operational and safety risks and coordinate the response to operational exceptions, incidents, accidents, and emergency situations.
  • Work closely with Transportation, Quality, QI/EHS, Supply Chain, and other departments to resolve cross-functional operational issues.
  • Continuously improve warehouse layout, operational processes, resource allocation, and standardised management practices.

About You

  • 3–5 years of warehouse management experience, hands-on experience in dangerous goods warehouse management is required.
  • Proven experience managing a large warehouse, operational teams, and multiple warehouse functions.
  • Good knowledge of dangerous goods storage, handling, safety, and applicable regulatory requirements, including ADR, SDS/FDS, UN classification, and CLP.
  • Experience working in an ICPE-regulated environment is preferred.
  • Strong capabilities in team leadership, data analysis, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Working proficiency in English for day-to-day business communication.
