Qinn is an AI-powered skin analysis app. In seconds, from a single photo, our users get a personalized diagnosis of their skin and a recommended skincare routine. We also publish dermatological editorial content (guides, articles) to teach our community the right habits and ingredients. Active in French- and Spanish-speaking markets, we're growing fast and want to ground our credibility in real medical expertise.
The roleWe're looking for a "rising star" dermatologist — a young, active, digitally-minded board-certified practitioner — to become Qinn's medical authority. The role unfolds in two phases:
Phase 1 — Editorial validation (starting now) Review and medically validate the dermatology articles and guides we publish, ensuring they're accurate, rigorous, and aligned with current clinical guidelines.
Phase 2 — Follow-up teleconsultations Provide remote follow-up consultations for users who want personalized guidance beyond our automated recommendations.
ResponsibilitiesIn Phase 1: review and correct our derma content (scientific accuracy, clinical nuance, flagging claims to avoid), validate our routines and ingredient recommendations from a medical standpoint, and help us define a rigorous editorial standard. You can appear as the content's medical reviewer (byline, "reviewed by Dr …") if you wish.
In Phase 2: run follow-up teleconsultations, refer cases that need in-person care, and help us build a clear, safe follow-up protocol for our patients.
Who we're looking forA licensed physician, board-certified in dermatology, registered with the relevant medical board and authorized to practice (France / EU). Ideally early- or mid-career, with a genuine appetite for digital health and science communication. An online presence (publications, social media, speaking) is a real plus. Scientific rigor, a talent for explaining things simply, and the drive to build something with a young team. Fluent French essential; Spanish a strong plus given our second market.
TermsFreelance / consulting engagement, remote, with a flexible workload that scales from Phase 1 to Phase 2. Compensation: [to be defined — e.g. a flat fee per validated article in Phase 1, then a per-consultation rate you will set. Location: Full Remote.
