\n What the job involves

As a senior investor, you will be a core member of a lean, high-performing investment team, with exposure across the full investment lifecycle:

• Sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities
\n
• Leading and supporting due diligence, including market analysis, commercial assessment, and financial modelling
\n
• Building investment theses and presenting opportunities to the partnership
\n
• Working closely with portfolio companies on growth strategy, go-to-market, and fundraising
\n
• Developing strong relationships with founders, operators, and the broader VC ecosystem
\n
• Contributing to the fund's thematic research and sector insights
\n

Who we are looking for

\n
• 3-7 years' experience in venture capital, growth equity, investment banking, consulting, or high-growth start-ups
\n
• Strong interest in consumer brands and sustainability
\n
• Demonstrated ability to assess businesses commercially and analytically
\n
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for working closely with founders
\n
• Excellent communication skills and a highly collaborative approach
\n
• Highly ambitious and commercially sharp
