Workday HCM Expert (N2/N3 Support & Configuration)The Planet Group are currently supporting an international organisation seeking an experienced Workday HCM Expert to join their global HR systems team in Paris on a six month contract. This role will focus on Workday HCM support, configuration, business process optimisation, and N2/N3 troubleshooting within an international environment.Key Responsibilities: - Lead the configuration and optimisation of complex Workday HCM processes - Provide Level 2 / Level 3 (N2/N3) support within a RUN environment - Analyse, challenge, and refine functional requirements from global HR stakeholders - Manage and optimise Business Processes (BP) and Security Groups - Ensure system integrity and alignment with HR operational best practices - Support key HR functional areas including Recruitment, Talent, and Payroll - Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to international HR teamsRequired Experience: - Minimum 5 years of Workday HCM experience (7+ years preferred) - Advanced expertise in Workday Business Processes and Security - Strong understanding of Recruitment, Talent, and Payroll modules - Proven experience supporting Workday in an N2/N3 support environment - Ability to work in both English and French within an international settingPreferred Certifications: - Workday HCM Core - Workday Business Process Fundamentals - Workday Security FundamentalsInterview Process: - Initial screening interview followed by an interview with the end client
