We are working with a growing boutique consulting firm in Paris that is expanding its team and looking for a Change Management / Operational Excellence Consultant to work with leading clients across Financial Services.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, solving complex operational challenges and delivering measurable business improvements.🐆 What you’ll be doing: - Lead and support change & operational excellence initiatives across Banking, Insurance and Asset Management - Analyse processes and identify efficiency and performance improvements - Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders and senior management - Design and implement target operating models and process improvements - Apply Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies to deliver tangible results - Support change adoption, implementation and transformation programmes - Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to clients🐆 We’re looking for: - Experience in Change Management, Operational Excellence, Lean or Business Transformation - Consulting experience within Financial Services strongly preferred - Strong process analysis and problem-solving skills - Confident working directly with clients and senior stakeholders - Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt qualification would be a strong advantage
