Senior Solution Architect – Data, MDM

Responsibilities

• Define an implementable target data architecture: golden customer record, MDM, data flows, and API/event/batch integration patterns
• Lead and validate PoCs and MVPs on critical topics: MDM strategy, data synchronization, golden record
• Engage and align delivery teams (developers, data engineers, product) to anchor your decisions in execution — not just recommend
• Decide on structural choices: reuse vs. build vs. buy, cloud patterns, integration strategy
• Own the target architecture long-term (phase 2, 6–18 months): solution governance and convergence at the product-line level
• Align multi-domain stakeholders (Product, Data, Cloud, CRM) without hierarchical authority — by credibility, not by title
• Accelerate decisions where they are dragging (yes, it happens, even with the best clients)

Requirements

• Senior profile with proven expertise in Data Architecture, MDM, and reference systems
• Experience with GCP is appreciated, with the ability to be both hands-on and strategic
• Proven track record of delivering MVPs/PoCs and turning designs into operational solutions
• Comfortable working in complex, multi-domain environments
• Delivery-first mindset: you make decisions, prove them, and move things forward
