We have an inclusive, collegial and high-performing culture, and believe that our professionals are the strength and foundation of our success.We are currently seeking an Analyst at the Senior Associate level with specialized expertise in EU energy policy to join our team in either London, Paris or Brussels. Analysts are responsible for developing unique investment ideas based on rigorous policy analysis and for conducting regulatory due diligence reports. They interact regularly with politicians, regulators and other policymakers, as well as investors across the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, creativity, and a demonstrated interest in policy and financial markets. A successful candidate will be a highly qualified professional with at least 2 -3years of experience in equity research, policy analysis/policy, consulting, investment banking, or a related field.QualificationsSuccessful candidates will possess the following attributes:Intelligence and the ability to think creativelyThe ability to express differentiated opinions clearly and forcefully, supported by robust analysisStrong client servicing and interpersonal skillsStrong writing skillsThe ability to develop and discern high-quality, value-oriented investment ideasAbility to self-motivate and work independentlyPassion for combining policy and politics with investingEducation and Experience Requirements:Bachelor’s degree required with high academic achievementAt least two or three years of experience in consulting, banking, policy analysis, investment analysis or a related fieldProfessional fluency in English, additional language skills preferredStrong MS Excel skillsMust be eligible to work in London, UK or Paris, France without employer sponsorshipWe are an equal opportunity employer.
