You will provide detailed scouting reports, player analysis, and market intelligence to support the club’s recruitment strategy and long-term talent pipeline.Key Responsibilities:Player Evaluation and AnalysisOperate within the club’s scouting framework, methodology, and player profiling guidelinesAttend live and online matches to assess player performance as directedConduct detailed research on leagues and players aligned to the Emerging Talent ProgrammeProduce structured and objective scouting reports using club templatesIntelligence and Information GatheringCollect detailed background information and references on identified playersEnsure all intelligence is shared effectively to support recruitment alignmentBuild and maintain a strong network of contacts across clubs, agents, and scouting networksSupport the gathering of market intelligence on targeted playersInternal Coordination and CommunicationAttend scouting department meetings as requiredCommunicate player insights and reports clearly to recruitment staff and technical leadershipEnsure alignment between scouting outputs and club recruitment strategyProfessional Development and StandardsEngage in continuous professional development and training programmesSupport additional duties as required to meet departmental needsQualificationsDesirable:Formal scouting certification (e.G.
