This is an early hire that comes with real ownership.The RoleYou'll own affiliate and partnership marketing end-to-end. Finding the right partners, building the relationships, closing the deals, and making sure every partnership actually converts into merchant volume.What You'll DoFind and onboard high-impact affiliate partners: fintech newsletters, payments and crypto media, SaaS and e-commerce communities, review platformsSource and secure partnerships with X creators, YouTubers, and writers who have the ear of founders, agencies, and cross-border sellersBuild a referral engine within our merchant base. Our best salespeople are the merchants already getting paid through usManage creator briefings so every piece of content tells a story that converts, not "another payments company"Track the metrics that matter: CAC, activated merchants per partner, TPV per partner, and overall conversion healthWho We're Looking ForThe most important thing: you've done this before at a similar stage and you have proof. Beyond that:High agency, fast execution, strong slope. You learn faster than the market movesYou've built or meaningfully grown an affiliate program before, not just managed one someone else set upYou have existing relationships with creators, reviewers, or newsletter writers in fintech, crypto, SaaS, or e-commerce. Or you know how to build them quicklyYour cold outreach gets replies. You write well and you know how to make a pitch feel personalYou understand attribution. You know the difference between a partner who looks good and a partner who actually drives revenueYou're comfortable with affiliate platforms like Rewardful, FirstPromoter, or similarYou work well without a lot of structure. You set your own priorities and you follow through3+ years ideal.
