The CEO is involved in all critical decisions across growth, operations, talent, organization, offerings, and expansion.To continue scaling effectively, we are looking for a Chief of Staff Intern who will work directly alongside the CEO to help structure priorities, drive execution, and accelerate decision-making.This is a high-exposure, high-responsibility role, designed for someone who wants to understand how a fast-growing company is built and operated from the inside. You will have direct visibility on strategic discussions, executive decisions, operational challenges, and company-building initiatives.What you will doAs Chief of Staff Intern, you act as a force multiplier for the CEO. Your role is simple: increase the organization's ability to execute. You will contribute to some of the most important projects within the company and help transform strategic decisions into measurable outcomes.Strategic projects and CEO officeSupport the CEO in preparing strategic decisions and executive discussionsConduct research, analyses, and business investigations on critical topicsPrepare executive briefings, decision memos, and strategic recommendationsHelp structure priorities, roadmaps, and action plansParticipate in leadership meetings and strategic reviewsCompany building and operational excellenceContribute to the design and improvement of Diametral's operating modelHelp structure internal processes, governance mechanisms, and management ritualsIdentify inefficiencies and propose practical improvementsSupport cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholdersParticipate in scaling the company while preserving execution qualityBusiness performance and analyticsTrack key business indicators and operational performance metricsSupport the creation of dashboards and management reportingAnalyze trends, opportunities, and risks across the organizationHelp connect strategic initiatives to measurable business outcomesProvide fact-based insights to support executive decisionsStrategic initiatives and special projectsContribute to high-priority projects directly sponsored by the CEOSupport initiatives related to growth, international expansion, organizational design, AI strategy, and new offeringsCoordinate stakeholders and monitor execution progressIdentify blockers and help drive resolutionEnsure projects move from ideas to implementationWhat you will bringOutstanding intellectual curiosityStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to structure complex topics clearly and conciselyStrong ownership and execution mindsetHigh level of autonomy and reliabilityAbility to learn quickly in unfamiliar environmentsComfort working with ambiguity and evolving prioritiesStrong attention to detail combined with a broad business perspectivePreferred backgroundTop-tier engineering school, business school, or universityPrevious experience in consulting, startups, venture capital, strategy, operations, or technology environments is a plusStrong interest in AI, technology, business building, and entrepreneurshipLanguagesProfessional fluency in French is required for this role.Who you areYou want exposure.
