About the Assignment

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Transformation Consultant to support a strategic advisory engagement focused on assessment, scoping, prioritization, governance, and roadmap definition. This is not a technical implementation role. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor to Procurement, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, helping define the future vision and transformation roadmap for the client's procurement function.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a current-state assessment of procurement processes, systems, and operating model.
• Perform functional and business analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops with Procurement, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and align priorities.
• Define and prioritize transformation initiatives based on business value and feasibility.
• Support PMO activities, project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop the Procurement roadmap through 2027, including strategic recommendations and implementation priorities.
• Produce scoping documents, business requirements, and key project deliverables.
• Provide advisory support and challenge stakeholders on best practices in procurement transformation.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in PMO, Business Analysis, AMOA, or advisory consulting engagements.
• Strong expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P) and/or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Demonstrated experience in procurement transformation and optimization programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear scope definitions and requirements documentation.
• Experience developing strategic roadmaps, governance frameworks, and transformation plans.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical capabilities.

Mandatory Requirement

• Hands-on experience with OXALYS is essential.

Preferred Profile

• Senior Consultant with experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong understanding of procurement operating models, governance, and digital procurement solutions.
• Ability to engage at both strategic and operational levels.
• Fluent in English; French is a strong asset.
