Technical Training Specialist (France)About the jobOur client is a well-established, family-owned manufacturer of professional HVAC diagnostic tools with over 30 years of industry expertise and an exciting growth journey across Europe.We're looking for a Technical Training Specialist to become the technical face of the brand across France. Working alongside the sales team, you'll deliver engaging product training, build relationships with distributors and education partners, and help drive product adoption across the French market.What you'll do:Deliver engaging technical product training to distributors, contractors, training centres and HVAC professionalsSupport the sales team with customer demonstrations, technical events and product launchesDevelop and adapt technical training content for the French marketBuild relationships with education partners and expand the company's training networkRecruit and support a network of Ambassadors to extend training capacity across FranceRepresent the business at trade shows, customer events and industry exhibitionsWhat you bring:Experience within the HVAC/R industry or another technical hardware environmentPrevious experience delivering technical training, product demonstrations or customer workshopsStrong presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for different audiencesExcellent relationship-building skills and confidence working with distributors and customersFluent French and English, both spoken and writtenFull driving licence and willingness to travel approximately 50% across FranceWhat's in it for you:Competitive salary, annual bonus and car allowanceThe opportunity to build and shape the training function within FranceA collaborative, entrepreneurial business where your ideas are encouragedA "Hire to Retire" culture focused on development, autonomy and long-term career progressionThe chance to represent one of the HVAC industry's most respected brands while making a real impact on its continued European growthIf you enjoy combining technical expertise with customer interaction and have a passion for helping others learn, we'd love to hear from you.
