Change Management / Operational Excellence Consultant |

We are working with a growing boutique consulting firm in Paris that is expanding its team and looking for a Change Management / Operational Excellence Consultant to work with leading clients across Financial Services.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, solving complex operational challenges and delivering measurable business improvements.

🐆 What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and support change & operational excellence initiatives across Banking, Insurance and Asset Management

• Analyse processes and identify efficiency and performance improvements

• Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders and senior management

• Design and implement target operating models and process improvements

• Apply Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies to deliver tangible results

• Support change adoption, implementation and transformation programmes

• Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to clients

🐆 We’re looking for:

• Experience in Change Management, Operational Excellence, Lean or Business Transformation

• Consulting experience within Financial Services strongly preferred

• Strong process analysis and problem-solving skills

• Confident working directly with clients and senior stakeholders

• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt qualification would be a strong advantage
