The leadership culture is deliberately low-politics and no-elbows, giving senior individuals considerable freedom to develop clients, propositions and teams.There is also significant investment being made in Data & AI technologies, with the opportunity to build new AI-enabled consulting assets and collaborate with colleagues across Europe and the wider global organisation.As part of this expansion, the firm is looking for a commercially strong Banking Risk & Compliance Director with the ambition to progress rapidly towards Partner.The RoleYou will advise major French banking organisations across areas such as:Banking Risk & Regulatory TransformationAML / LCB-FT & Financial CrimeKYC & Remediation ProgrammesRegulatory ComplianceInternal & Permanent ControlOperational RiskRisk Governance & Target Operating ModelsBasel II / Basel III / Basel IVThe underlying mandate is focused particularly on financial crime, regulatory compliance, permanent control, operational risk and remediation programmes.Commercial LeadershipCommercial capability is critical.You should have evidence of personally developing business, rather than simply managing existing accounts or delivering programmes originated by Partners.
