We are working with a leading international insurance broker who are seeking to hire an M&A Associate in Paris. This position is a great opportunity to join a growing company and gain exposure to all facets of the M&A insurance industry.

Responsibilities include:

• Advise clients on W&I insurance strategy (buy-side vs sell-side)

• Manage the end-to-end placement process on live M&A deals

• Prepare submission materials and approach insurers

• Create competitive tension in the market to secure best terms

• Negotiate pricing, coverage, and policy wording

• Review SPAs and align insurance coverage with deal terms

• Coordinate underwriting calls and manage insurer Q&A

• Drive timelines and ensure successful policy binding at signing

About you:

• Law degree
• Experience in corporate/M&A, disputes, or insurance
• Strong analytical and drafting skills
• High attention to detail and organisation
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
