THE ROLE

Role: Collection Merchandising Manager – Women’s RTW & Soft ACC - Maternity cover - CDD

Reports to: Head of RTW Collection Merchandising

Location: Paris

Temp contract - maternity cover

Start : November 2026

Within the Merchandising team, you oversee the development of the Women’s Ready-to-Wear and Soft Accessories collections, ensuring product coherence, commercial relevance and alignment with business objectives.

You manage the Collection Merchandising team and collaborate closely with Design, Product Development, Production, Retail Merchandising and Training teams throughout the collection lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

COLLECTION DEVELOPMENT

• Define and drive the collection plan across categories, price points, fabrics and colors.
• Partner with Design and Product Development to ensure consistency, balance and commercial relevance throughout the collection process.
• Ensure accurate follow-up and product information management.
• Oversee pre-buy preparation with Retail Merchandising team, establishing clear product recommendations and alignment on key collection priorities
• Drive selling campaign preparation, ensuring all collection tools, product information and training materials are accurate and delivered on time

BUSINESS PERFORMANCE & PRODUCT INSIGHTS

• Monitor collection performance, market feedback and competitive landscape.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations to support future collection decisions.

PRODUCTION FOLLOW UP

• Oversee the follow up of normalization and PPS fitting.
• Guarantee that the collection standards are consistently applied throughout the production process

TEAM & CROSS-FUNTIONAL MANAGEMENT

• Manage and support the Collection Merchandising team, setting priorities and ensuring efficient execution.
• Foster strong collaboration across all key stakeholders involved in collection development.

PROFILE

• Excel (high level) and Powerpoint
• English & French mandatory, Spanish/Italian would be a plus
• Strong analytical skills & fashion sensibility
• Communication & transversal cooperation skills
