Diabolocom is building an AI-first communication platform and is seeking a Head of Infrastructure to own and scale the infrastructure foundation behind this platform. You will report to the CTO and lead a team across Networking, SRE, Stateful Systems, Voice, and Data Center squads.

You will own reliability, capacity planning, and architectural decisions, guiding the evolution from on-premise hardware to AI workloads and distributed systems. Paris onsite required with hybrid work options.
