We are looking for a dynamic, commercially minded HR Coordinator to support HR activities across EU markets in close collaboration with HR Management. The role involves coordinating responsibilities related to recruitment, talent development, employee administration, health and safety, policies and procedures, employee relations, employment law, and a broad range of generalist HR functions.Your key responsibilities will include:Integration of new hires and administration Plan and manage documentation for new hires, including the preparation of employment agreementsOversee the full employee administrative lifecycle, drafting and updating documents throughout their time with the company, and coordinate the necessary actions within HRIS where relevantTake part in onboarding and offboarding meetings to ensure a positive experience for both new joiners and departing employeesContribute to the development and improvement of onboarding and offboarding processes across the regionMonitor probation periods and the associated documents, and follow up with line managers on related discussionsRecruitment and Talent Development Support Talent Acquisition efforts across Europe by identifying and recruiting talents, and actively promoting Diversity & Inclusion throughout the recruitment processPartner with business Managers to understand each department and role specific needs, required skills, and expectations, ensuring the best candidate fitContribute to annual performance and salary review cycles, supporting career development and providing insightful input to business ManagersCoordinate and manage related administrative actions, including the preparation and handling of associated documentationHealth and Safety and Well-Being at work Contribute to creating a safe and healthy workplace by ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations across the regionMonitor evolving regulations, work with appropriate partners and organizations, and organize necessary training or documentation to maintain complianceCoordinate required actions and training in collaboration with business ManagersIdentify and implement new initiatives to promote health, safety, and overall well-being across the European marketsPolicies and Procedures and Employment LawEnsure compliance with HR governance, regulatory requirements, and best practices across all European marketsPlan, develop, and manage HR policies and procedures throughout the regionProvide guidance and support to business Managers on HR strategies and best practices in compliance with local regulationsMonitor and review the effectiveness of HR policies, recommending updates or improvements as neededHR Projects Support the HR EU team in implementing and managing further global and regional HR initiatives, including HRIS, time and attendance systems, and related projectsContribute to the development of initiatives aimed at enhancing the region’s attractiveness, including Compensation & Benefits, training, and other talent-focused programsWhat you will bringFluency in French and full professional proficiency in English are mandatoryStrong affinity for the fashion industry and its evolving trendsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detail and commitment to excellenceAdvanced organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Zimmermann is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications ensuring a strong corporate commitment to diversity and inclusion.
