Job Title: IAM & Cybersecurity – SailPoint / CyberArk / Active Directory / PAM Engineer
Location: Paris, France (Hybrid mode at client location)
Role Overview
The IAM & Cybersecurity Engineer provides technical expertise in identity, access management and security platforms. The role focuses on secure access, privileged access management, identity governance and operational security support.
Responsibilities
· Implement, operate and improve IAM / PAM / security solutions.
· Support identity lifecycle and access management processes.
· Manage integrations with applications, directories and enterprise platforms.
· Troubleshoot incidents and contribute to remediation actions.
· Participate in access reviews, controls and security improvements.
· Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application and compliance teams.
· Document procedures, controls and technical operating models.
· Support continuous improvement of security processes.
Mandatory skills
· Strong experience in IAM, PAM or cybersecurity environments.
· Knowledge of SailPoint, CyberArk, Active Directory or equivalent tools.
· Understanding of identity lifecycle and access control principles.
· Experience with incident, request and change management processes.
· Good knowledge of security best practices and operational controls.
· Ability to analyze access or security issues.
· Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
· Strong communication skills in English.
Specific requirements
· Ability to work autonomously in a security-sensitive environment.
· Strong rigor and attention to detail.
· Ability to document controls and technical procedures.
· Availability for hybrid work in Paris.
