Through our proven track record with our customers, we have built a strong reputation as a trusted partner in delivering the most advanced, efficient, and sustainable data center solutions in the region.About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior CSA Lead to take full ownership of Civil, Structural, and Architectural scopes. You will manage underground services and architectural fit-out packages from planning through completion, coordinating subcontractors, aligning interfaces with MEP and commissioning teams, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your decisions directly affect project success.Employee must be based in France.What You’ll DoFull lifecycle responsibility for UGS and fit-out packagesDevelop, monitor, and adjust short- and mid-term lookahead plansDrive progress, resolve blockers, and meet milestones and readiness deadlinesCoordinate subcontractors and internal teams for safety, quality, and efficiencyManage manpower, deliveries, sequencing, and logistics on siteEnsure smooth interface alignment with MEP, commissioning, and quality teamsLead punch list resolution, inspections, and handover activitiesSupport constructability reviews, scope changes, and design clarificationsWho We’re Looking ForBachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management7+ years in construction project delivery, including 3+ years in a package/discipline lead roleProven experience with UGS and/or architectural fit-out in high-spec or data center projectsKnowledge of French construction regulations, standards, and permittingProficiency in BIM, project planning, and document control toolsFluency in French and English is required.Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skillsSolution-oriented, detail-focused, and accountableWhat We OfferCompetitive executive compensation, performance-based incentives, and benefits.A dynamic, professional, and collaborative work environment with a diverse and inclusive team that values innovation and excellence.A key role in a growing organization with high impact, large-scale international projects.Direct exposure to senior leadership and an opportunity to shape planning practices within a new entity
