In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the development of innovative therapies by designing and delivering robust analytical methods. You will contribute directly to project success by ensuring high-quality, reliable data to support development and regulatory activities.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop robust chromatographic methods (HPLC/UPLC)Apply Quality-by-Design (QbD) principles and risk-based approachesPerform method development, pre-validation, and transfer activitiesAnalyze, interpret, and present scientific data to support decision-makingPrepare, review, and update SOPs and analytical documentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Process Development, Project Management)Interact with external partners, including CDMOs, and support method transferParticipate in client meetings and technical discussions in EnglishContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of best practicesIdentify and evaluate new analytical technologies to expand capabilitiesRequire mentsMust haveMSc in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in HPLC/UPLC method development and pre-validation in an R&D environmentStrong experience with Empower3 softwareSolid knowledge of analytical method development principlesExperience working in a GMP/GLP environment and knowledge of ICH guidelinesGood written and verbal communication skills in EnglishNice-to haveExperience with Design of Experiments (DoE) tools (e.G., Fusion QbD or equivalent)Knowledge of QbD principles applied to analytical methodsExperience with mass spectrometry (MS) or other analytical techniquesExperience in an international environmentKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesScientific / TechnicalStrong expertise in analytical method development and chromatographic techniquesGood knowledge of analytical instrumentation and troubleshootingUnderstanding of statistics and experimental designSoft skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExcellent planning and organizational skillsAbility to work autonomously and collaborativelyAdaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsContinuous improvement mindsetWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on innovative long-acting therapies with global impactEmployee shareholding programCollaborative and international work environmentExposure to cross-functional and high-impact projectsCareer development and growth opportunitiesCompetitive compensation and benefits package
