A global luxury brand seeks a Food & Beverage Director for their 5* luxury resort in French Polynesia, with several restaurants, bars, banquet facilities. If you are looking forward to joining a progressive large international hospitality group, then this is the opportunity for you!

You should have minimum 5 years of resort experience, along with diversified F&B background both in restaurant and banquet operations. You must have worked with a recognized luxury brand or an independent Leading Hotels of the World standard property.

This is a hands-on position, and you will be required to manage and oversee the entire F&B division of this stunning resort. Hence, you must possess strong team leadership and training skills

This individual must have a keen eye for food and beverage details and is extremely & guest oriented.

Fluency in French and English and strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.

Generous Salary plus Service Charge, Accommodation, Annual Bonus, Annual Airfare plus full executive Benefits. Single status preferred.
