Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic technology projects within a Digital Manufacturing / Industry 4.0 environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience and a good understanding of manufacturing technologies and business processes, including APS, MES, WMS, ERP and Supply Chain systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess project management maturity and conduct GAP analysis.
• Develop recommendations, improvement initiatives and remediation plans.
• Lead and coordinate APS, MES, WMS, ERP and digital manufacturing projects from requirements through implementation and production.
• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, IT, Product, Architecture, Operations and external partners.
• Lead project governance, steering committees and stakeholder meetings.
• Provide regular PMO reporting, project status updates and management information.
• Ensure consistent project management methodologies, governance and processes.
• Coordinate functional and technical deliverables while working closely with relevant technical teams.
• Identify project risks, issues and dependencies and drive appropriate mitigation actions.
• Support continuous improvement across project delivery practices.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5–10 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong experience in project planning, governance, budget and stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of Digital Manufacturing / Manufacturing 4.0 environments.
• Experience with one or more of the following: APS, MES, WMS, ERP, Supply Chain or Manufacturing Systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
• Fluent/professional English communication skills.

Ideal Candidate : Candidates with backgrounds in IT Project Management, Digital Transformation, Manufacturing IT, MES, ERP, Supply Chain, Industrial IT, Smart Manufacturing or Industry 4.0 are encouraged to apply.
