About the role

We are looking for a Chief of Staff Intern to the Chief People Officer to accelerate execution across the CPO's strategic and operational priorities.

This is a high-trust, high-exposure role, working directly on the people initiatives that shape how Diametral grows, operates, and takes care of its teams.

Your responsibilities

1/ Employee support: Be a first point of contact for employees' HR requests, capture and triage them, and ensure clear, timely, and caring follow-through.

2/ Recruitment: Help the recruitment team to recruit.

3/ People experience & events: Help design and run internal events and moments that strengthen culture, engagement, and belonging across the organization.

4/ Reporting & KPIs: Build and maintain people dashboards, track key HR metrics, and turn data into clear insights that support decision-making.

5/ Chief of Staff scope: Structure priorities, coordinate projects, prepare executive materials, conduct research, and help accelerate execution across the People organization.

• Is fluent in both French and English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus)

You may come from business, HR, engineering, social sciences, or another discipline. What makes the difference is your ability to learn fast, think clearly, and execute with excellence.
