Senior Legal Counsel - Paris

We are partnering with an ambitious international business to recruit a Senior Legal Counsel to support its growing B2B2C and B2B operations. This is a broad commercial role advising senior stakeholders across contracts, compliance and governance.

The Role

• Lead negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements, including procurement, supply chain and customer contracts.
• Provide pragmatic legal advice on transactions and business initiatives.
• Develop contract templates, playbooks and best practice.
• Advise on compliance, including competition law, Sapin II, conflicts of interest and whistleblowing.
• Support corporate governance, restructurings and strategic projects.
• Manage external counsel and drive improvements across the legal function.

Skills Required

• Qualified lawyer with 10–15 years' PQE, in-house, private practice or both.
• Strong commercial contracts and compliance experience.
• International B2B/B2B2C experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused.
• Fluent in English and French.
