As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead a team of recruiters and play a key role in delivering our hiring ambitions.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the Recruitment Director, you will lead and develop a team of recruiters while driving recruitment performance across your scope. Acting as a strategic partner to the business, you will help attract and hire top talent in highly competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of at least 10+ recruiters, fostering collaboration, engagement, and high performance.
• Drive recruitment activity to successfully deliver hiring targets, while monitoring key KPIs and ensuring recruitment excellence.
• Manage strategic and complex recruitment projects, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from sourcing to offer stage.
• Partner closely with Business Managers and Directors to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• Contribute to talent attraction and employer branding initiatives to strengthen ALTEN's position in competitive talent markets.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree (Master’s level, Bac+5 or equivalent) from a Business School, Engineering School, or University.
• Several years of successful recruitment experience in a competitive, talent-driven environment, with a strong focus on proactive sourcing strategies.
• Proven track record in recruiting either sales-oriented profiles (e.g., Business Managers, Sales Engineers) or highly qualified Engineering talent.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, attract, and engage top-tier and hard-to-reach candidates.
• Previous experience within a recruitment agency is highly desirable, ideally in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Professional proficiency in both French and English; German would be an asset.
