For more than 30 years, DAT France has been helping international companies communicate across languages through translation, technical writing and multilingual content solutions.

Today, we are taking a major step forward by developing our own AI-powered productivity tools, including:

• Multilingual video processing (AI-powered transcription, subtitling and dubbing)
• AI-assisted technical writing
• Integration of millions of translation memory segments with our self-hosted Mistral large language model

To support the commercial development of these innovative services, we are looking for a motivated professional who combines an interest in technology with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Whether you come from a technical background with a passion for business development, or from a commercial background with a strong interest in AI and emerging technologies, we would love to hear from you.

Your responsibilities

Following comprehensive training on our AI solutions, you will:

• Present DAT France's AI-powered services to existing clients and new prospects
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most appropriate solutions
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI tools by gathering customer feedback and, depending on your profile, participate in their functional development

Your profile

We are looking for either:

• An IT professional with excellent communication and commercial skills,

or

• A sales professional with a genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn.

More importantly, you are:

• Passionate about Artificial Intelligence and innovation
• Comfortable interacting with business clients
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn
• Well organised and customer-oriented
• Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

A good command of English is required. Knowledge of French and/or additional languages would be an advantage.

Depuis plus de 30 ans, DAT France accompagne les entreprises dans leurs projets de traduction, de rédaction technique et de communication multilingue.

Aujourd'hui, nous franchissons une nouvelle étape avec le développement de solutions innovantes basées sur l'intelligence artificielle, notamment :

• traitement et localisation de vidéos multilingues (transcription, sous-titrage, doublage assistés par IA) ;
• rédaction technique assistée par IA ;
• exploitation de plusieurs millions de segments de mémoires de traduction connectés à un modèle de langage Mistral autohébergé.

Dans le cadre du développement commercial de ces nouvelles offres, nous recherchons un(e) collaborateur(trice) souhaitant évoluer à la croisée des technologies d'IA et de la relation client.

Votre mission

Après une formation complète à nos outils et à nos méthodes, vous aurez pour principales responsabilités de :

• présenter nos solutions d'IA aux clients et prospects ;
• comprendre leurs besoins et leur proposer les prestations les plus adaptées ;
• établir les devis et assurer le suivi commercial des projets ;
• participer à l'amélioration continue de nos outils en remontant les besoins des utilisateurs et, selon votre profil, contribuer à leur développement fonctionnel.

Votre profil

Nous sommes ouverts à deux types de parcours :

• vous êtes informaticien(ne) avec un goût prononcé pour la relation commerciale ;
• ou vous êtes commercial(e) B2B avec une forte appétence pour les nouvelles technologies et l'envie d'apprendre.

Plus que votre formation initiale, nous recherchons une personne :

• curieuse des technologies d'intelligence artificielle ;
• à l'aise dans les échanges avec des interlocuteurs professionnels ;
• autonome, organisée et rigoureuse ;
• ayant le sens du service client ;
• désireuse de participer au développement d'offres innovantes.

Une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais constitue un atout.
