As Diametral continues to grow, the complexity of the organization grows as well: new offerings, new business units, new geographies, new strategic initiatives. The CEO is involved in all critical decisions across growth, operations, talent, organization, offerings, and expansion.

To continue scaling effectively, we are looking for a Chief of Staff Intern who will work directly alongside the CEO to help structure priorities, drive execution, and accelerate decision-making.

This is a high-exposure, high-responsibility role, designed for someone who wants to understand how a fast-growing company is built and operated from the inside. You will have direct visibility on strategic discussions, executive decisions, operational challenges, and company-building initiatives.

What you will do

As Chief of Staff Intern, you act as a force multiplier for the CEO. Your role is simple: increase the organization's ability to execute. You will contribute to some of the most important projects within the company and help transform strategic decisions into measurable outcomes.

Strategic projects and CEO office

• Support the CEO in preparing strategic decisions and executive discussions
• Conduct research, analyses, and business investigations on critical topics
• Prepare executive briefings, decision memos, and strategic recommendations
• Help structure priorities, roadmaps, and action plans
• Participate in leadership meetings and strategic reviews

Company building and operational excellence

• Contribute to the design and improvement of Diametral's operating model
• Help structure internal processes, governance mechanisms, and management rituals
• Identify inefficiencies and propose practical improvements
• Support cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders
• Participate in scaling the company while preserving execution quality

Business performance and analytics

• Track key business indicators and operational performance metrics
• Support the creation of dashboards and management reporting
• Analyze trends, opportunities, and risks across the organization
• Help connect strategic initiatives to measurable business outcomes
• Provide fact-based insights to support executive decisions

Strategic initiatives and special projects

• Contribute to high-priority projects directly sponsored by the CEO
• Support initiatives related to growth, international expansion, organizational design, AI strategy, and new offerings
• Coordinate stakeholders and monitor execution progress
• Identify blockers and help drive resolution
• Ensure projects move from ideas to implementation

Preferred background

• Top-tier engineering school, business school, or university
• Previous experience in consulting, startups, venture capital, strategy, operations, or technology environments is a plus
• Strong interest in AI, technology, business building, and entrepreneurship

Languages

Professional fluency in French is required for this role.
