ServiceNow Now Assist developer

We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience of Now Assist and a solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture to join a major transformation programme.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a cutting-edge ServiceNow environment, helping to design and deliver AI-driven solutions while contributing to broader architecture decisions across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Now Assist capabilities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Provide architectural input to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
• Support integrations, workflow development, and platform enhancements.
• Contribute to design discussions and help shape the future direction of the ServiceNow landscape.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues.

Required Experience

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Previous experience working with ServiceNow Now Assist.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and solution design principles.
• Experience with platform customisation, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent French (written and spoken) is essential.
• Must be based in France.
