Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Supplier / Customer Service Coordinator – Paris, France

Key Responsibilities:

• Escort visitors and suppliers on-site, including driving them in company/site vehicles, ensuring smooth and secure access.
• Manage visitor documentation and admin processes related to site access, including documentation archiving.
• Support the team with administrative tasks, including coordinating visitor schedules and maintaining accurate records.
• Assist with lab environment safety practices, including risk assessments and compliance.
• Contribute to maintaining a well-organized and efficient on-site operation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Language Skills: Fluent (preferably native) French is essential.
• Experience & Education: Previous experience or knowledge in a laboratory environment preferred.
• Relevant degree (Science or QA-related subjects) or some experience in QA/lab settings is desirable.
• No Master’s degree candidates, please.
• Fresh graduates with the right attributes are encouraged to apply.

Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
