GENERAL MANAGER – FRANCE

We are exclusively supporting a leading international pharmaceutical company in the appointment of a General Manager for France.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced pharmaceutical executive to take overall responsibility for the French business, driving commercial performance, P&L, strategic growth and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the France country strategy, aligned with European and global objectives.
• Take overall responsibility for P&L and commercial performance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional organisation.
• Drive growth across an innovative and specialty pharmaceutical portfolio.
• Oversee commercial, marketing, medical and market access activities.
• Support successful product launches and identify new growth opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the French organisation at European and global level.

About You

We are looking for a senior pharmaceutical leader with:

• 15+ years' experience within pharma or healthcare.
• Previous experience as a General Manager, Country Manager, Managing Director or Commercial Director.
• Proven P&L and country-level leadership experience.
• Strong commercial and strategic expertise.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• A strong understanding of the French pharmaceutical market.
• Experience within specialty pharma, innovative medicines or hospital-focused environments would be highly advantageous.
• Fluency in French and English.
