SixteenFifty is a specialist digital and technology talent consultancy representing a global organisation undergoing a large-scale, multi-year digital transformation.

Our client, headquartered in the South of France, is seeking an experienced Senior IT Internal Communications Specialist (Salesforce) to support a complex transformation programme, with a particular focus on Salesforce deployments across Customer Service, Field Execution, and Order Management, alongside broader digital initiatives.

This role will play a critical part in driving end-to-end communications across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between global strategy and regional execution, and enabling adoption across business teams.

This is a long-term B2B contract opportunity, primarily remote, with some occasional travel across European sites.

The Senior IT Internal Communications Specialist will be responsible for:

• Delivering end-to-end communications to support Salesforce and broader digital transformation initiatives
• Translating technical changes and releases into clear, user-centric messaging for business stakeholders
• Driving communication plans aligned to global strategy, ensuring consistency across regions and markets
• Supporting key transformation moments, including release communications, go-live readiness, and post-deployment reinforcement
• Coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including programme teams, product owners, and third-party vendors
• Ensuring alignment across concurrent workstreams within a complex, multi-system environment
• Producing high-quality communication materials such as updates, newsletters, FAQs, and engagement content
• Supporting regional teams with tailored communication assets for local deployment and adoption
• Tracking engagement and adoption metrics, gathering feedback, and continuously improving communication effectiveness
• Acting as a key point of contact for communications across Salesforce-related initiatives and adjacent systems

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong experience in IT / digital communications within large-scale transformation programmes
• Proven background supporting Salesforce implementations or similar enterprise platforms
• Exposure to SAP environments (e.g. S/4HANA) or broader ERP landscapes is highly desirable
• Ability to operate at both a strategic and execution level, from shaping messaging to delivering content
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and pushing back where needed
• Experience working in complex, multi-vendor programme environments
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences
• Experience supporting global rollouts across multiple regions and markets
• Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple concurrent releases
