About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced professionals with hands-on knowledge of the European residential floor and roof truss market, with a particular focus on Poland, France, and Germany. This consultation involves sharing your expertise on market trends, fabrication practices, customer preferences, and the factors influencing the selection of residential roof and floor framing trusses.

Your insights will help organizations better understand the competitive landscape, evolving construction practices, and key decision criteria among fabricators, builders, and residential end-users across European markets. This is a flexible consulting engagement that can be completed alongside your current employment. Time commitment is based entirely on your availability and schedule.

Relevant Experience

• Experience working with residential roof and floor truss systems in European markets.
• Knowledge of truss fabrication processes, materials, and manufacturing considerations.
• Understanding of customer preferences and purchasing decisions among residential builders, contractors, and developers.
• Familiarity with market trends, competitive dynamics, and challenges affecting the European truss industry.
• Experience supporting or supplying residential construction projects in Germany, France, or Poland.

Qualifications

• Current or recent employment with a European truss fabricator, manufacturer, or supplier serving residential construction markets.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in roof and/or floor framing trusses, prefabricated timber structures, or residential construction solutions.
• Strong understanding of the residential construction ecosystem in Germany, France, and/or Poland.
• Ability to provide insights on fabrication operations, customer requirements, and market dynamics.
• Must be residing anywhere in Europe, Germany, France, Poland
