Are you a Pharmacovigilance professional with 4 years or more experience in PV Case Processing looking to join a global, innovation-driven pharmaceutical organisation with a growing pipeline?

We have been retained by a highly respected global pharmaceutical company in the search for 3 PV Case Processing Leads to join their Global Safety team based in the Paris.

🔹 What you'll be doing:

• Vendor management of outsourced case processing activities from intake through regulatory submission for both Clinical and Post market cases

• Quality review of vendor-managed ICSRs

• Investigation of deviations, root cause analysis and CAPA management

• Supporting clinical trials through Safety Management Plans and safety system configuration

• Vendor management, reconciliation activities and operational oversight

• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert during audits and inspections

🔹 What we're looking for:

✔ 4+ years' Pharmacovigilance Case Processing experience (Global)

✔ Strong knowledge of global PV regulations and ICSR requirements

✔ 1+ year experience working with ARGUS (recent)

✔ 2 years vendor oversight and quality management experience

✔ Comfortable working in an international, cross-functional environment

✔ Fluent English
