🧭 Role Overview

We are hiring a skilled and safety-focused PV Solar Technical Support Engineer/ Project Manager to build and scale our Solar operations across Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, servicing, and repairing gas systems and appliances in residential, commercial, or industrial properties. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service while ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

You will be responsible for managing installer networks, driving project delivery, and ensuring high-quality, compliant installations.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a network of certified electricians & Solar engineers(freelance & installation partners)
• Manage end-to-end installation process (survey → planning → installation → commissioning)
• Ensure all work complies with current gas safety legislation and company standards.
• Monitor contractor performance (quality, SLA, cost)
• Improve installation efficiency and deliver excellent service

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a PV Solar Technologies & System .Experience managing contractors / installer networks
• Valid PV Solar installation certification (Certification QualiPV in France).
• Valid electric certifications ( B0, H0,B1V,B2,BC, BR in France)
• Strong execution and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in French and English; Chinese is a plus
• Strong knowledge of solar panel systems and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Full valid driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

👉 valid QualiPV certification + valid electric certifications and field-based role involving travel to customer location so hands-on installation experience is a strong plus.
