About the Role
As Commercial Team Lead for Generics, you will drive profitable growth across both existing and new molecules within the hospital and retail landscape. Leading a high-performing and engaged team, you will maximize market share for differentiated products, including newly launched therapies, while identifying new business opportunities through strong hospital networks and industry partnerships. You will play a key role in shaping both organic and inorganic growth by contributing to pricing strategies, tender optimization, and in-/out-licensing opportunities. Combining commercial acumen with hands-on leadership, you will foster team development, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure competitive positioning beyond price through value-driven solutions and service excellence.
