Business developer & Chef de projet évenementiel

CRUSH Agency is a luxury events boutique-agency based in Dubai and Paris, specialized in arts, music, and fashion.

We are looking for an Events Project Manager to handle projects for our Paris/ Dubai and Qatar office.

The ideal candidate is dynamic, creative and extremely detail-oriented, with a personal network of suppliers and/or potential new business. 

Tasks:

- Commercial Development of the agency (prospecting new clients, …)

- Event management (concept creation, set design creation, …)

- Suppliers management

- Logistics scheduling

- Budgeting & Invoicing

- Administrative work

- Customer Relationship Management

Profile Required:

- 2 years of relevant experience (ideally in the events and/or luxury industry)

- Perfect written & spoken French + Professional English

- Proficient in Excel and powerpoint

- Very detail oriented

- Very independent and autonomous

Contract : Freelance basis with Monthly retainer
