Job description
You are going to join the General Administrative Department of BOC Paris Branch as an Executive Office Assistant Manager.
Your main tasks will be:
- Document Management: Oversee the management of official branch documents, including drafting, reviewing, circulation, and archiving, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper record-keeping.
- Office Platform Administration: Manage and optimize the use of internal office systems and platforms to ensure efficient communication, workflow coordination, and data management.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, consolidate, and distribute comprehensive reports to support decision-making by senior management and business departments.
- Task Monitoring & Coordination: Track and follow up on key projects and strategic initiatives to ensure timely execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Head Office Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact with relevant departments at Head Office, ensuring effective communication, reporting, and coordination.
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by department and team leaders to support overall departmental objectives.
Your qualifications are :
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience (excluding internship/apprenticeship) in administrative management, executive support, or a similar role, preferably within a banking or financial institution.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and either French or English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with office management or workflow systems.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently; proactive, reliable, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.
