Recruitment Consultant (360°) | Life Sciences Focus | Active Client Portfolio

Location: France (Fully Remote)

📢 360° Recruitment Consultant who combines business development expertise with a passion for recruitment and brings an active client portfolio that can contribute from day one.

Your Role:

60% Business Development: generating new recruitment opportunities and growing client relationships

40% Recruitment Delivery: managing recruitment processes from briefing to placement

What You'll Be Doing

💊Develop and expand your client portfolio across Life Sciences, Healthcare, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, and other sectors.

Identify and qualify new recruitment opportunities.

Build and execute targeted prospecting strategies.

Lead client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.

Develop long-term partnerships and grow existing accounts.

Contribute to the commercial strategy and growth of the business.

Deliver Recruitment Excellence

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for permanent and fixed-term positions.

Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and define search strategies.

Source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct approach, and networking.

Conduct candidate assessments and competency-based interviews.

Present shortlisted candidates and support offer negotiations.

Ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates throughout the hiring journey.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience within a recruitment agency or executive search environment.

Proven experience in 360° recruitment combining business development and recruitment delivery.

An active client portfolio and demonstrated success in winning and managing recruitment mandates.

Strong track record in permanent and fixed-term recruitment (CDI/CDD).

Excellent prospecting and client development skills.

Confidence negotiating commercial terms and managing client relationships.

Strong sourcing and direct search capabilities.

Preferred

💊Experience recruiting within Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, or related industries.

Fluent French and strong English communication skills.
