Our brand blends Italian craftsmanship and French elegance, with a strong focus on sustainability and limited-edition production.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across every step of the collection development process.

We are looking for a positive and proactive person who is genuinely interested in contributing to the development of a small independent fashion business.

Your missions will be:

  • Pattern development and adjustments
  • Creation of fast toiles and mock-ups
  • Sample and prototype making
  • Preparation and updating of technical packs
  • Communication with producers in Italy and coordination between the Production Manager in Italy and the Parisian team
  • Assistance during fittings, including fit analysis and pattern corrections
  • Simple garment alterations and repairs
  • Support with made-to-measure and bespoke pieces
  • Pattern digitalisation and file organisation
  • Assistance with sourcing, preparation and logistics of fabrics, trims and materials
  • Follow-up of samples and production
  • Quality control of prototypes and finished garments

Profile:

  • Fluent in English, French and Italian — all three languages are required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; knowledge of Photoshop is a plus
  • Knowledge of CLO 3D or similar digital pattern-making software is highly valued
  • Strong pattern-making skills, with the ability to develop and adjust patterns independently
  • Strong sewing and garment construction skills, with confidence using industrial sewing machines
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pattern Making, Fashion Design, Garment Technology or a related field, with a strong focus on pattern making and eligible for a French alternance / apprenticeship agreement
  • Strong interest in emerging designers, craftsmanship and independent fashion brands
  • Organised, reliable, resourceful and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Flexible, adaptable and comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic, small-team environment
  • Strong aesthetic sense, precision and attention to detail

What we offer:

An immersive experience within a small fashion studio, with exposure to all departments of the brand. Close collaboration with the founder and her team and a deep understanding of how an independent brand operates.

Starting date: October 2026
