Job Title: Medical and Regulatory Ad/Promo Reviewer

Location: France (Remote)

Contract Duration: 12 months+

Hours: 40 hours/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Medical Regulatory reviews of promotional and non-promotional materials for OTC products.
• Ensure all materials comply with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and scientific standards.
• Review supporting references and verify scientific claims. Provide Medical Regulatory approval and sign-off where required.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and other cross-functional stakeholders during the review process.
• Participate in discussions to resolve comments and achieve compliant promotional materials.
• Support document approval workflows using Veeva PromoMats where applicable.

Required Qualifications:

• French speaker with an excellent understanding of local language nuances.
• 3+ years experience performing Medical Regulatory reviews of promotional and/or non-promotional materials.
• Experience reviewing materials for OTC products.
• Strong knowledge of advertising and promotional compliance requirements.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and scientific accuracy.
• Experience with Medical Regulatory sign-off processes.
• Experience using Veeva Vault PromoMats. Experience reviewing both promotional and non-promotional healthcare materials.
