Job Summary: As a Scrum Master, you enable Agile teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently and consistently for the Website, Webshop, and REMIT product teams. Acting as a servant leader, you support both the Scrum Team and the broader organization in achieving optimal performance.

Hard Skills
-Agile & Scrum Expertise: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent, with several years of hands-on experience in Agile environments
-Agile & DevOps Practices: Strong knowledge of DevOps, with a solid understanding of CI/CD, test automation, and release management practices
-Agile Tooling: Proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence, as well as collaboration platforms like Miro and Microsoft Teams
-Performance & Flow Management: Ability to define, track, and analyze key delivery metrics (lead time, cycle time, throughput, predictability, deployment frequency)
-Backlog & Delivery Support: Experience working with Product Owners on backlog clarity, prioritization, and value-driven delivery
-Cross-Team Coordination: Proven ability to identify and manage dependencies across multiple teams and product lines
