I’m currently supporting a global pharmaceutical client on a Senior MES Support Analyst opportunity within a large-scale manufacturing environment.

We’re looking for candidates with strong experience across Siemens Opcenter ExPharma and manufacturing systems support within regulated/GxP environments.

Key experience required:

• Siemens Opcenter ExPharma

• PI Process, Audit Trail, Equipment, MBR

• MES production support & troubleshooting

• L3 application / infrastructure support

• SQL query writing & DB updates

• Incident, problem & vendor management

• Manufacturing/shopfloor systems support

• MBR creation & master data management

• Application configuration & script modifications

• Manufacturing interfaces & integrations

• GxP / pharma manufacturing environments

• ITIL understanding

• Production monitoring & operational support

Ideal background:

• MES Support Analyst

• MES Consultant

• Manufacturing Systems Engineer

• Siemens MES Engineer

• Opcenter Support Consultant

• Pharma Manufacturing IT

The client is also open to strong transferable MES profiles from broader manufacturing environments with:

• Siemens MES experience

• SQL/database capability

• Production support/troubleshooting

• IT/OT manufacturing systems exposure
