Salary: EUR 1,500 – EUR 2,000 per month

Pathway Trading Services and Consulting is currently accepting applications for Warehouse Supervisor positions in France. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfilment, logistics coordination, cross-docking, transloading, cold storage, and team supervision.

The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily warehouse activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring workplace safety, and supporting smooth operational workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff activities

• Manage inventory records and stock movement

• Coordinate order fulfilment, packing, dispatch, and delivery schedules

• Support cross-docking, transloading, and storage activities

• Monitor cold storage and specialised storage requirements where applicable

• Ensure warehouse safety standards and company procedures are followed

• Prepare basic reports related to stock, operations, and warehouse performance

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations

• Supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Basic computer and reporting skills are an advantage

Salary Package:

EUR 1,500 – EUR 2,000 per month, depending on candidate profile, experience, and employer requirements.
