Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sushi Chef, located in Amiens. The Sushi Chef will be responsible for preparing sushi and other dishes, maintaining high standards of hygiene, handling seafood, and ensuring quality presentation. Daily tasks include organizing ingredients, creating visually appealing dishes, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, and collaborating with the kitchen team to provide an exceptional culinary experience.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Food Preparation and knowledge of Hygiene standards
  • Cooking skills with expertise in preparing seafood dishes
  • Strong Culinary Skills, particularly in sushi preparation and presentation
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
  • Previous experience in a similar sushi chef role is a plus
