ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

We are looking for an Account Director (French speaking) to join our Paris office.

This role involves driving business growth, managing client projects, and leading a talented team to deliver outstanding results.

Your Responsibilities

● Business development:

○ Expand and nurture relationships with existing clients.

○ Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking and strategic outreach.

● Client and project management:

○ Oversee client projects from briefing to completion, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

○ Create and manage project budgets, coordinating with the General Manager and administrative team.

○ Supervise the creative process, including briefing, team organization, progress tracking, presentations, and final deliveries.

○ Maintain strong client relationships through regular feedback, debriefs, and reports.

● Economic management:

○ Generate monthly financial reports for ongoing projects.

○ Monitor industry trends to inform strategic decisions.

○ Develop and implement strategies for effective client engagement and business growth.

● Communication channels:

○ Ensure all managed projects are showcased on Angelini Design’s website, presentations, digital platforms, and social media.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

● Solid experience in the creative agencies sector with strategic planning and commercial capabilities.

● Experience in brand strategy environments.

● Proven experience in client relationship management and team leadership within creative agencies.

● Strong leadership qualities that inspire and motivate your team.

● Ability to drive clients, the team, and the agency towards productive outcomes.

● Approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.

● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Genuine love for visual arts and sensitivity to the graphic design world.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English. Speaking Italian and be familiar with Italian culture would be a highly valued additional skill.

● You are based in Paris

● At least 10 years’ professional experience in the role in question or a similar role
