Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for IT Site Support Specialist (2nd Line Support).

We are currently looking for an IT Site Support Specialist (2nd Line Support) to join the Site Support organization and provide on-site IT support in an international manufacturing environment.

The person will act as the local IT reference for the site, supporting end users, handling incidents, and coordinating with central IT teams. The role requires a hands-on approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while following global IT processes and standards.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Windows OS and client management
• Basic networking knowledge (connectivity, VLAN concepts)
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and user support
• Hands-on experience with hardware support and troubleshooting
• Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in an international environment
• Service-oriented attitude and flexibility

Responsibilities

• Providing 2nd line on-site IT support for local users
• Managing incidents and service requests via ticketing system
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Supporting Windows clients and Microsoft 365 environment
• Coordinating activities with central IT and infrastructure teams
• Supporting LAN/WAN network-related activities
• Assisting with printers, production devices, and manufacturing systems (MES)
• Acting as a local IT advisor for business users
• Managing local IT priorities and daily operational support
• Following standard IT engagement and support processes
