SAP GRC Consultant

SAP GRC Consultant (French Speaking) | IAM Focus | Paris (Hybrid)

I’m currently working with a leading organisation in Paris on a key SAP Security initiative, and we’re looking for an experienced SAP GRC Consultant with strong IAM knowledge to join the team.

This is a hands-on role within a modern SAP landscape, with a strong focus on access governance, compliance, and integration with broader IAM frameworks.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in strengthening and evolving the organisation’s SAP access governance capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting and optimising SAP GRC Access Control (or Cloud IAG)
• Designing and maintaining SoD frameworks and risk analysis models
• Managing access request, provisioning, and certification processes
• Collaborating with IAM teams on identity lifecycle and integration topics
• Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards
• Working closely with business and technical stakeholders across the organisation

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in SAP GRC (Access Control) or SAP Cloud IAG
• Solid understanding of SAP Security & Authorizations
• Good knowledge of IAM concepts (provisioning, identity lifecycle, governance)
• Experience in SoD design, access management, and compliance frameworks
• Ability to operate in a hands-on, delivery-focused environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with IAM tools (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, etc.)
• Exposure to S/4HANA environments
• Experience in complex, multi-system SAP landscapes
