Key Responsibilities:


Finance & Accounting

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations with the external accounting firm
  • Monitor cash flow, payments, and liquidity needs
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, and KPI tracking
  • Ensure tax, payroll, and regulatory compliance
  • Manage invoicing, accounts receivable, supplier payments, and expense control
  • Oversee financial tools such as Qonto, Spendesk, Stripe, and ERP systems

Financial Modelling & Automation

  • Maintain financial models and SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV)
  • Automate reporting through BI tools, Power Query, Apps Script, APIs, or no-code tools
  • MTM is a tech platform — its internal tools must match that standard. You proactively identify opportunities to improve and automate back-office processes.

HR & Administration

  • Handle HR administration for employees and freelancers: contracts, onboarding/offboarding, leave management, payroll coordination
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and contractor regulations
  • Manage supplier contracts, SaaS subscriptions, insurance, and legal documentation
  • Support recruitment administration and cross-functional operational projects


Profile:


Experience

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Management
  • 4–6 years of experience in finance/admin roles within consulting firms, startups, scale-ups, or SMEs
  • Hands-on experience with payroll, contracts, and operational accounting
  • Comfortable working autonomously in an international environment

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (VBA, Power Query, Apps Script)
  • BI & reporting tools: Power BI, Looker Studio
  • ERP/accounting software: Pennylane, Sage, Odoo, etc.
  • Payroll & spend management tools: Payfit, Spendesk, Qonto, Stripe
  • Automation tools: Zapier, Make
  • Basic to intermediate SQL

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable, proactive, and discreet with confidential information
  • Comfortable in fast-growing and evolving environments
  • Fluent in French and English
